Tianjin Free Trade Zone Haiwei Liquor Trading Market started business on August 26th, 2009, and won qualification for holding “China International Wine & Spirits Expo”. On the Expo, Mr.wang xiaochuan, Deputy Director of Ministry of  Commerce of  the PRC, was giving instructions regarding the official business operation of Haiwei Liquor Trading Market, and Tianjin Government and related office attending the wine expo and giving instruction.
