2016 China (Tianjin) international cross-border ecommerce industrial summit meeting, with the organization of Ecommerce & logistics Chapter of China Communications & Transportation Association, was successfully hosted in Tianjin by China Communications & Transportation Association, People’s Government of Jin’an District Tianjin City. More than 200 enterprises or representatives were attracted to attend the meeting, such as the governments of domestic ecommerce industry, free trade zone, bonded zone, bonded logistics center, ecommerce base, ecommerce platform, large-scale central enterprises of domestic circulation G20 plus Joint Collegiate platform, property group, internal & external traders and service providers etc.
The cross-borer ecommerce industry in China has entered the period of rapid development, and the export business is also carried out over the internet. The cross-border ecommerce industry has experienced the transition from informational service, online trade to the whole industrial services. In the first half of 2016, the transaction scale of China cross-border ecommerce has reached 2.6 trillion, up 30% compared to last year. Mr. Lv Jingchang, secretary general of Ecommerce & logistics Chapter of China Communications & Transportation Association, pointed out “It is the developing trend to enhance the vitality of foreign trade by cross-borer ecommerce. Not only individual enterprise but also the whole industrial chain shall integrate into the global trade through ecommerce. Thereinto, the optimization of cross-border industrial chain and the coordination of supply chain are much more important.
In recent years, Tianjin cross-border ecommerce industry has made a rapid development. With the preferential policies, good environment and superior location, the operational base of cross-border ecommerce has attracted international famous ecommerce enterprise to move in. AS the pilot warehouse in Tianjin free trade zone, Haiwei ecommerce plaza, with the construction area of 24 thousand square meters, has combined the multi-functions of temperature controlled warehouse, exhibition, working offices and others and can provide the ecommerce enterprises with bonded stock, display & order, office and operation. The plaza can provide a series of integrated services for ecommerce enterprises in free trade zone to carry out the customs clearance, storage and distribution. Meanwhile, It also undertakes the function of policy implementation, optimizes the system match, provides better service to cross-border companies, deepens the cultivation of cross-border ecommerce industry, improve the platform function of cross-border ecommerce’ public services. By the good policies, Tianjin free trade zone will accelerate the construction of cross-border ecommerce pilot zone and provides high-quality supporting bases and sufficient development space for cross-border ecommerce corporations.
