2016/8/29

Imported wine market has a huge development space. Being good for the human’s health and the communication of international wine culture, wines has become a sign of manifesting life taste. With the rapid internet development, emerged O2O mode (online to offline) has been more and more highly praised in the market. Internet entrepreneurship does not simply refer to “internet + entrepreneurship”, but means the deep convergence and supervision of internet and industries. The imported wines market is now extremely chaotic in China and even more serious in the internet time. At present, there about ten thousand varieties of imported wines circulated in China market. Domestic consumers are not able to clearly distinguish the genuine wines and the fakes, because they just have a little learning about wines’ culture and knowledge. Therefore, many forgers made desperate attempt to get profits by a series of illegal activities, such as making smuggling wines, fake wines and OEM. As the media exposes more and more fake wines, consumers are more concerned when buying imported wines. China is a big consuming country. Because of the chaotic imported wine market and the common unprofessional operation, the government has severely attacked illegal activities of making and selling imported fake wines. Operating genuine wines has been the inevitable development trend of China market.

With great support of the Ministry of Commerce of PRC, Haiwei was established to change irregular operation of imported wine market in China and to lead the market into legalization, normalization and standardization. In spiting of the chain operation in free trade/bonded zone, Haiwei has carried out unified customs clearance, unified inspection & quarantine, unified distribution and unified management & operation. Through changing the transaction place of international trade, Haiwei has combined international trade, free trade and traditional trade and removed traditional multi-agency trading mode. Haiwei sets up one direct distributor in each county/district all over China and directly distribute international wines to direct distributors nationwide for consumers’ purchasing after conducting the legal customs clearance.

In order to support the offline marketing channels of domestic entity stores and giant global winery resources, Haiwei online mall has been successfully put into services. It has formed huge user system, branch network of logistics & distribution between domestic cities & international wineries and national consumer resources by online big data, making the integration of online & offline. In order to take the platform mode, Haiwei Liquor Trading Market has established a temperature controlled warehouse (Free Trade Zone Haiwei Cross-border Ecommerce Plaza) in Tianjin free trade zone. With a construction area of 24,000 square meters, the plaza has combined the functions of constant temperature warehouse, bonded exhibition, office and others, which has escorted the regular operation of imported wines/spirits.

Haiwei online mall and domestic direct distributors offline have formed the giant O2O directing network, which provides convenient purchasing channel and extreme profit and attracts social elites to join in Haiwei for cooperation. Right now, there are about 300 direct distributors nationwide. Since the year of 2009, Haiwei always insists on the enterprise culture & spirit of“Innovation & Pioneering, Fairness & Honesty and Dedication & Sharing”, and keeps undertaking the social responsibility of leading the imported market into legalization, standardization and normalization. Haiwei works together with social men of insight to achieve the purpose of “Haiwei let all Chinese people drink genuine wines.”
