One responsible person of Tianjin Commerce said “Tianjin ecommerce transaction volume will exceed trillion Yuan. In the period of carrying out 13th five-year plan, Tianjin plan to develop five ecommerce trading platforms whose annual transaction volume will exceed hundred billion Yuan, train and introduce ten ecommerce enterprises whose annual transaction volume can exceed billion Yuan, develop a batch of ecommerce enterprises with million Yuan’s annual transaction volume, raise the ecommerce penetration rate to be 70%, and construct more than six international logistic park. ” Besides, Tianjin will bring in ecommerce service enterprises dealing with payment & logistics, so as to build the industrial chain and ecosphere of the whole ecommerce chain as well as form better combined effect.
