Reportedly, Tianjin Entry-Exist Inspection & Quarantine Bureau just issued the third batch of 18 innovative moves to support Tianjin pilot free trade zone development. On the basis of the former two batches of 22 innovative systems, all these 18 innovative moves are released in accordance with the functional orientation of Tianjin free trade zone and the practical features of Tianjin port. Thereinto, Tianjin port’s inspection & quarantine management system about “One Belt & One Road” transit goods is intended to prevent the plague transmission. On the premise of ensuring China gate security, the bureau implements the convenient transit measures, so as to further enhance the clearance speed about the transit goods of Tianjin port “one belt & one road” and to promote Tianjin city’s role in the national strategy “one belt & one road”.
Inspection & quarantine Bureau has carried out the convenient inspection & quarantine measures and negative/positive list management system about the entry-exit C air express. For this point, the inspection & quarantine supervision system about entry-exit C air express has further specified the inspection & quarantine management about entry-exit C air express, so as to boost the business development of cross-border ecommerce direct delivery service in Tianjin pilot free trade zone.
According to Deputy Director General of Tianjin Entry-exit Inspection & Quarantine Bureau Mr. Wang Yansheng, since the approval of Tianjin pilot free trade zone, Tianjin Entry-Exit Inspection- Quarantine Bureau has issued 3 batches of totally 40 innovative systems, which have been implemented successfully in pilot places and even get better achievements. Thereinto, three systems have been included in innovative measures promoted nationwide by State Department, including inspection and quarantine regional integration, bonded exhibition trade/new supervision mode on the lease goods and new quarantine & supervision mode on international ships.
According to the report, Haiwei Plaza, located in the bonded zone of Tianjin pilot free trade zone, has got the opening qualification of “Free Trade Zone Haiwei Cross-border Ecommerce Plaza” by the official approval. The building, nearly about 24,000 square meters, has comprehensive functions, such as constant temperature warehouse, displaying and office etc. AS the demonstration base of cross-border ecommerce storage, displaying & order, office and operation, with the prospective investment highlight, will surely become the operational center of Tianjin pilot free trade zone. Global business groups are expected here for investment and cooperation.
