　　Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone is always attracting numerous investors’ attention since its approval. In early February, it publicized the scutcheon of Free Trade Zone, becoming the second pilot free trade zone with the formal scutcheon. No doubt it is the bellwether of the second batch of FTZ

　　Specifically, Tianjin pilot free trade zone includes 30 square kilometers of Tianjin port area, 43.1 square kilometers of Tianjin airport area and 46.8 square kilometers of Binhai New Area Central Business District.

　　With possessing the policies and functions of various domestic opening-up areas, Tianjin port free trade zone satisfies domestic & foreign investors’business development demands at maximum. Tianjin port area undertakes bonded function, logistics, storage, office and other functions.
Since the approval of free trade zone, for all the enterprises with bonded requirement, industrial estate projects and current warehousing distribution volume still can not satisfy their move-in demands. The scarce or resource-based industrial projects are becoming more and more popular.

　　Haiwei Plaza, which is located in Xingang Avenue of free trade zone, is getting visitors’ investigation batch after batch. With an area of 24,000 kilometers, Haiwei Plaza is currently the largest domestic temperature controlled storage base. It is also a modern and high intelligent building for storage and office. The project’s completion will gradually highlight its important role in the construction of free trade zone and storage & distribution requirement of industrial estate.

　　As the main support part of Tianjin free trade zone, the patterns of industrial field in Binhai New Area will be quickly adjusted and optimized.
