According to the 33rd and 34th regulation of Trademark Law of People's Republic of China, it’s ruled that LV LOUIS VAINOUEUR doesn’t formed similarity to LOUIS XIII DE REMY MARTIN, LOUIS XIII BRAND and LORIS XIII DE REMY MARTIN. The brand LV LOUIS VAINOUEUR didn’t violate any clause of Trademark Law of People's Republic of China. LOUIS XIII DE REMY MARTIN, the opponent’s application is rejected and brand LV LOUIS VAINQUEUR is allowed to be registered by Haiwei Liquor Trading Market.
